Swage hose fittings can be supplied with or without hookie hook groove for use with ISS hose lifters. Our swaged fittings are available in and can be manufactured in any size from 1.5” to 12”.
Threaded End
The threaded ends are used to attach union connections or threaded flanges and can allow the attachment of breakaway couplings.
ISS supply hose fittings with or without threaded ends.

Victaulic Groove
Also known as: Victaulic fittings /Victaulic swage stem/ Victaulic hose couplings/ Victaulic clamp.
Victaulic grooved fittings are used to couple industrial hose assemblies. They are for used in air, water, steam, chemical, oil, fuel and concrete pumping. The victaulic system provides a quick and easy assembly process without the need for specialist tooling.
ISS supply and manufacture victaulic swage fittings to customer specification. We also work with customers to redesign and develop solutions to any swage fitting requirement. These can be supplied with or without hookie hook grove for use with ISS hose lifters.
Our victaulic fittings are available in and can be manufactured in any size from 2” to 12”. We can also supply victaulic clamps to suit.

Fixed or Swivel Flange
Also known as : Swivel fittings / Swivel Hose couplings/Swivel hose assemblies/ Lapped joint coupling.
Swivel flanged fittings are used to couple industrial hose assemblies. For use in air, water, steam, chemical, oil, fuel and concrete pumping. They provide a fitting where the flange can rotate to allow easy alignment of the bolt holes. ISS supply and manufacture fixed or swivel swage fittings to customer specification.
We can provide swivel flanged swage hose fittings in any flange connection/configuration. Including ANSI (American Standard), BS (British Standard), NP (Din Standard) JIS (Japanese Standard). These can be specified with internal/external swage hose fittings with or without hookie hook groove for use with ISS hose lifters.
Our swivel flanged swage fittings are available in and can be manufactured in any size from 2” to 12”.
Hookie Hook
Also known as : Hookie hook fittings/ Hookie hook swage stem/ Hookie hook couplings.
The hookie hook swage coupling can be fitted with hose lifters and hose lifter clamps during the assembly process to suit customer requirements. ISS supply and manufacture hookie hook swage fittings to customer specification.
These can be specified with internal/external swage hose fittings with or without hookie hook groove for use with ISS hose lifters.
Our flanged swage fittings are available in and can be manufactured in any size from 2” to 12”.
Swage Ferrule
Also known as: Hose sleeve /external swage ferrule / Hose couplings.
Swage ferrules are used in conjunction with internal swage hose tails to couple industrial hose for use in air, water, steam, chemical, oil, fuel and concrete pumping. They help to provide near full bore flow, reducing resistance and turbulence, helping with laminar flow together with a quick and easy assembly process.
ISS supply and manufacture external swage ferrules to any customer design specification. We also work with customers to redesign and develop solutions to any swage fitting requirement.
Our external swaged ferrules are available in carbon steel / stainless steel and can be manufactured in any size from 2” to 12”.
